Here’s a wedding related idea for you:

You’ve found the best wedding photographer and they took amazing photos. So now you want to share these with your closest friends…easy enough. But what about getting access to all of their photos from your wedding?

What’s the easiest way? Online Photo sharing of course.

Now you can do this in so many different ways like adding them to albums on Flickr or Facebook, Picasa, etc. but did you know you could use a service like the one offered by The Wedding Lens to do it for you?

The Wedding Lens offers a really great service that lets all of your friends share their photos of your big day and you can also share your personal favorites.

This is a great time saver and is an excellent choice because you will have professional looking shared albums created that your friends will absolutely love.

Bridal Affairs: Something to Remember!

This is the time of year when everyone is thinking about planning their wedding.  If you’re thinking about something atbridal the beach, or something outdoors, you need some original ideas.  We came across the Bridal Affairs Blog and we just had to share it with you!  The blog is written by an actual, honest-to-goodness wedding planner.  And she’s more than willing to share all of her excellent ideas with her readers!

We were initially drawn in by her post about Brides Against Breast Cancer.  She told us all about a fashion show at a Bloomingdale’s in Chestnut Hill, MA.  Breast cancer survivors ranging in ages from 24-54 participated in the show by modeling dresses from the famous Kleinfeld’s in NYC.  (If you’ve seen Say Yes to the Dress, then you know what we’re talking about.)  The organization Brides Against Breast Cancer accepts donations of used wedding dresses for breast cancer survivors.  We were so moved by this that we’d urge you to consider donating to the cause after your big day!  Help someone else have a big day of their own.

Go check out the Bridal Affairs Blog.  It certainly is, to use the old cliché, an affair to remember!

Check Out Customized Wedding Creations

Every once in a while we here at FavorWarehouse.com like to point out other fun and funky wedding blogs.  After all,Custom-Designs2 you can’t be too inspired!  We were thrilled when we came across the Customized Wedding Creations Blog.  Customized Wedding Creations does, as the name implies, customized aisle runners, table runners, drapes, and parasols.  They even give you the option to customize your fabric!  Are you imagining a wedding with a leopard print aisle runner?  Well, they can do that.

We were really struck by their newest creation:  rhinestone banding.  Basically, this is five sparkly rows of rhinestones that you can have placed on the edge of any of their custom products.   They say that this rhinestone banding will offer the “most bling yet!”  Check it out.  Customized Wedding Creations will be running a contest for the banding sometime in the next month, so keep your eyes peeled!

Customized Wedding Creations makes getting ideas for your wedding really simple.  They scour Etsy (it’s an awesome crafting website, if you’re not familiar) for vendors with neat DIY wedding crafts, and create “treasuries” for their readers.  It’s a great place to go and get lost in your wedding planning!

Hitched & Blissed Is Fabulous & Fun!

HitchedAndBlissed.com

Oftentimes, when listening to brides-to-be talk about their wedding planning, I am reminded of the Coldplay song Nobody Said It Was Easy – particularly the bit about, “No one ever said it would be so hard.” Let me start by saying I am not faulting these women! Wedding planning can easily spin out of control, becoming less and less like the fun it’s supposed to be with every up-charge and ‘out of stock’ notification. However, while I don’t fault them, I can appreciate when a bride-to-be not only rolls with the punches, but seems to enjoy every ounce of the whole wedding planning circus! One such bride-to-be is Claudia, a lovely lady I met through her also lovely blog, Hitched&Blissed.com.

Even without reading the posts, and just enjoying Some Pictures, you know there’s a very happy woman and very lucky man behind this whole wedding. I couldn’t find a single picture of Claudia on her blog that wasn’t accessorized with a genuine smile. Are you having a rough day on the road to wedded bliss? They happen to everyone, and it will pass. But to help it pass even more quickly, bookmark blogs like HitchedAndBlissed that highlight the good days, fun decisions, and fabulous finds. Immerse yourself not only in a wedding blog, but a spirited wedding blog with a positive outlook. It’s all there – the unique Etsy Finds with tons of creativity and character, the shimmering Wedding Rings, the beautiful Bridesmaid Dresses. It’s all there, and it’s all exciting, because the woman behind the blog is excited! And as long as I keep getting to choose the blogs I keep up with, I’m sticking with the ‘glass half full’ ladies out there. It’s a blog of fresh air! And I hope you enjoy it too. :)

Cupcakes, Clutches, And So Much More!

MeganHobson.com

Ah, Megan, you had me at Pink Butter Cupcakes! Honestly, have any three words outside of ‘I Love You’ ever sounded so awesome together?! I digress. Megan had me at pink butter cupcakes, but that didn’t stop me from diving in further. Who is this Megan? Megan Hobson, of course! Megan Hobson of MeganHobson.com, a delightful cupcake of a blog itself with oodles of inspiration for weddings, showers, decorating, shopping and more. Her open-door policy to all things beautiful makes her blog a fun and fresh resource whose lack of definition keeps it full of ideas you may not have realized you were looking for.

Perhaps your wedding purse had slipped your mind in the midst of all the other to-dos. Then Megan brings along a post about Fiazco Clutches and you’ve not only been reminded, you’ve found your affordable favorite! Or maybe you decided to print your own favors, but haven’t been able to find a fabulous enough font. Enter the new Buttermilk Font, which reminds me a bit of the aforementioned pink cupcakes. Hmmm…My mind seems a bit sugar-driven today. I digress once more!

Maybe you’re having an outdoor evening reception, but haven’t finalized any plans for lighting up the night. Megan’s Outdoor Décor post highlights some ‘bright’ ideas! Or just maybe you have already planned most of the details, but need some tips for making the most of all you’ve invested in. The most gorgeous dress in the world can still stand some improvement from better posture and a sparkling smile, which is where her Photo Tips post fits in. There truly is something for everyone at MeganHobson.com, and we’re confident you’ll enjoy your time there as much as we do.

P.S. If you need a little belief booster that true love always wins, check out She Is His Candy Girl! – just don’t blame me if you get some dust in your eye at the end. ;)

Pretty Bride, Pretty Ideas, Pretty Pictures, Pretty Perfect!

PrettyBride.net

When you tell someone, anyone, that you’re planning a wedding, the suggestions, opinions, and generalized input begins to pour from them like water from a fountain. What’s a soon-to-be-spouse to do? It’s true that inspiration is often found in the most unlikely places, so it’s natural to want to hear what everyone has to offer. But there also comes a point of information overload, where you have to step back from the army of advice, take a deep breath, and try to make some sense of everything with the help of people who really know what you’re going through and what you’re looking for. Think event planners. Think designers. Think oh-so-recently-married people who just experienced the thrill themselves. Think PrettyBride – because she just happens to be all three!

With a brilliantly beautiful blog full of fabulous photos, engaging and friendly posts full of personality, and Shoes, Shoes, Shoes, Shoes, and…well…Shoes!, Christina takes her readers on a delightful journey through the many lands of making your wedding wonderful. Delicate dresses, romantic music, the delights of DIY, recipes and registries are just a few of the important and enjoyable topics covered. There’s Rings and Ring Bearers, Flowers and Flower Girls, you know, a whole package of those things that make a wedding a wedding.

Here at FavorWarehouse.com, where every day feels as on the brink of a wedding as a late reception dinner, we think Christina at PrettyBride.net has more than her share of advice, upbeat attitude, and delicious discoveries to offer. We hope you enjoy her blog as much as we do. :)

P.S. There are totally more Shoes, but if I point them all out it won’t be as fun! OK, just one more – SHOES!
